Looking for someone in the USA?? OLD friends? or maybe missing person??

Hey everybody,

are you maybe right now in a situation like the title above?? Are you looking for someone in the USA? I just want to tell you here some pages from the internet about people-search-engines. One FREE Site and couple of sites with fees.

I would also like to search for the reviews about those pages from real people, so that you can know them for sure before you use them.. So, here are they..

Photobucket

This FREE People Search Engine offers a FREE Service only for USA Residents, that means they only have the records about the people in America. This Site would give you FREE Informations such as current Addresses, Phone-Numers and even pictures (only if they have one)..

All you have to do is fill in the box with his/her name (first-/ lastname / its better maybe both), klick the search button, then they would give you all the infos with the people who have the same names that they found..

If you want to know more about that certain person, perhaps his/her background, I believe, it would cost you something.. Cause I've never done that before, I don't know how much would it cost you... Sorry ;<

This Page offers you to find a persons records, lots kind of records, such as Criminal, Court, Marriage, Death, Birth, Military, etc. Sadly this service is NOT free, all of it would cost you about $ 39,99 for a lifetime access membership and $ 19,99 for one month access only (this one not sure ;<).. The Reviews are:

Pro:
"I love this classmate search! I was able to locate almost my entire highschool class for our reunion. Thanks Gov-Resources, this tool is very helpful!"

" This is the most unique search tool I have found on the internet today. I was able to track down my family history in just a few short minutes! Great research tool. "

"This site is a top 10,000 Site that reaches over 305K U.S monthly people"

"One of the most unique aspects of GovernmentRegistry.org is that the site not only offers a host of popular background check options (some are listed above), but searchers can also find information about performing searches for airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, home foreclosures, mortgages, driving records and homes for sale."

Contra:
"There is nothing useful they show you on the web site. Heck I found more stuff on the free look ups. I better get my money back or there will be hell to pay."

"There is NO Information available at Gov-Resources, don't waste your money."

"after reading a positive review i signed up for the 1 Year Unlimited Access Membership. i knew something was wrong just after completing the payment. am i the only one who was redirected to recordsarea.com?"

"I paid $39.99 for a lifetime unlimited access membership. But then once I paid and was registered, I was send to a website called Recordsarea.com to do my actually searching. That was a red flag."

acestry_search

This Page offers you to find a persons ANCESTRY records. Here are the lists of services that they offer:

• Family Tree
• Long Lost Ancestors
Missing Relatives
• Lookup Family History
• Plus Get An Unlimited People Search

Pro:
"Using this site you can fully investigate anyone. For many years, access to personal information was restricted to government employees and law enforcement agencies; now, due to recent changes in laws that has changed."

"RecordsFinder.Net is a well constructed, safe website and we encountered no problems with it."

Contra:
"I signed up for the use of this company and it is a fraud. You can find any of the information on your own. They say that you can get a refund but there is no link to go to and complain and there is no way to get a refund. I would not recommend this company. There was so much information that I could NOT find. I could not find any information even on me and then they took out 2 credits FOR NOTHING. BAD COMPANY!"

"It costs a minimum of $29.99 for 10 searches. I wish I could think of 10
searches to do. ;o)
"

"I have run into this site before and investigated it. It is NOT a reputable site. They use quite a number of front sites that all lead to the same one, trying to hook people in in various ways -- depending on what kinds of records you're hoping you will get. I've seen complaints by others on the web. I can't remember the particulars"

phone_search

With ReversePhoneDetective you can find out whose the owner of a certain phone- number or cell-phone-number.. This is also NOT a FREE page, and I haven't tried this site, that's why sady I don't know the cost either.. ;<

Pro:

"This is a 5,000 top site that reaches over 1.3 Million US monthly people"

"However, for many users, RPD was helpful and did live up to the service's claims. In fact, in our own tests with the service, we found that it did in fact pull up relevant information on some cell phone numbers we ran through their search engine, while for 2 of the numbers we ran, only the carrier information and city/area was available."

"This site seems to provide good value, and they offer a "no hit, no fee" type of refund policy. This is better than going with a service like Intelius that offers no guarantee."

Contra:
"All's the site does is refer you to free sites who do reverse cell phone searches, which typically aren't very good, accurate or effective. It was definitely not worth the $30.00."

"This company is a rip-off. First inspection claims that information is available for a number. It is only AFTER you buy a membership that, upon running a search on the SAME number, that no information for it is available. Big time scam."

"The only info they provided was already on my own phone bill. I'm trying to get a refund through their financial handler."

"when you pay your $14.95 they come up with NOTHING more than you can get FOR FREE from 411.com or any other online WHITE pages."

Well, that's it for now, I wish you good luck for your search..
